Another year and another birthday.

I can’t believe that my baby is already 8 years old, I want to say that it feels like yesterday that she was born but that would be a bit of a lie…. but I do look at my daughter and I think wow… you have grown up way too fast.

She has grown up into a very lovely 8 year old whom I am very proud to be her mum.

Her grandma and grandad came to visit for her birthday which was lovely and on her actual birthday some of our family came around for coffee and cake. I am a bit of a control freak but this year I let my little girl decorate her own cake. She was very proud and in deep concentration while piping the cream onto the cake.

Little sister off course had to come and taste, she likes nothing better then mummy baking and the tasting part of it.
